Day Tripper: Tagaytay 2013

As some of you might know, I’m a Physical Therapy major student at the University of Santo Tomas and our official first day of classes started last June 5. We all know what that means: me living under a rock because I’ll barely have internet access. Anyway, my first week of being a sophomore composed of balancing my training for dancing and EIC duties for the college magazine. It was really difficult, considering that we didn’t have lessons yet, so some of my friends and I decided to take a breather and have a road trip to Tagaytay. But first thing’s first, here’s the video of our performance! Ugh the sound system was super bad but whatever, I think we still pulled it off hehe

Here’s my annoying schedule:

So since we still had classes from 7am-10am today, we arrived for lunch at Breakfast at Antonio’s at around 12:30pm. I had their bacon, mushroom and cheese omelette served with wheat bread, soup and hash brown on the side. It was really heavy for me yet super good! The ambiance was lovely as well since they made good use of natural light with their windows. Afterwards, we took a good view of the Taal Lake then headed to Pink Sisters and said our special intentions. It’s really important to hold on to our faith, especially since we’re in CRS: College of Rehabilitation Sciences a.k.a College of the Really Stressed! Before we went back to Manila, we stopped by Rowena’s and got goodies to take home. It was such a chill and awesome day spent with good company. Luckily, we don’t have classes tomorrow and on Thursday and from Friday-Sunday, I’ll be in Raven Resort Bataan. I’m loving this week despite the brutal 6am wake up calls. Wishing for more days like these!
